The Public Policy/Government Affairs Committee supports and promotes Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities, interests, and representation within the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) space through effective engagement with government officials, policy makers, and industry organizations. Committee tasks include, but are not limited to, legislation analysis, position development, small business engagement, and the creation of opportunities for the professional advancement of AAa/e members. The Committee acknowledges the untapped potential of our community, emphasizes the importance of representation, and recognizes the need of promoting civic engagement both from and on behalf of our membership.
